The Porsche 911 of the 993 generation, built from 1994 to 1998, is regarded as the last air-cooled chapter in the history of the 911 and shaped a new, flowing design language with integrated bumpers and oval front lights. Solido captures precisely this spirit with the Porsche 911 993 on a scale of 1:18 and presents it in elegant Polar Silver. The miniature emphasizes the typical silhouette with a taut hood, gently tapering fenders and teardrop-shaped wing mirrors. Five-spoke wheels sit firmly in the wheel arches, while the brakes behind them ensure a sporty appearance. Precise contour lines, flush-looking light units and the low roofline convey the balance of classic and modern for which the 993 is still appreciated today. The seats, dashboard and steering wheel are visible through the glazed windows, which further enhances the realistic impression. The polar silver paint with a subtle metallic shimmer underlines the clear, timeless aesthetics of this 911. As a Solido model, this 993 is aimed at collectors who value harmonious proportions and careful realization. Since 1932, Solido has stood for detailed diecast models of iconic vehicles from classic cars to modern sports cars.
